It was like home from home. We were made to feel welcome even before we arrived. Tyron phoned me to confirm the booking and it was like we had known him for years. His wife Joanne was lovely aswel. She cooks an amazing breakfast certainly sets you up for the day. The rooms were very clean and well equipped with everything you need. If you need anything they will get it for you. Everything! The couple who own the Hotel made me feel very welcome. The Hotel is lovely, my room was immaculate and breakfast was great. Its in a fantastic location for the Torbay area and walking distance from Torre station. I have stayed in several hotels and would easily say this is nicest place I have stayed for the price. - Friendly welcoming

We loved the warm welcome on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for the guest house owner Carey - we had fresh milk and water brought to our room every evening and even left us wine glasses and brandy glasses! it was a joy to stay here in such beautiful countryside in such a lovely house. We looked forward to our cooked breakfast every morning which was yummy! we will be going back.

A very friendly welcome on our arrival,Everything explained. Owners very attentive but not intrusive. Bedroom and furnishings immaculate and the view from our room (8) across the bay very impressive. Binoculars in the room a nice touch. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and the choice had to be seen to be believed. Given the lack of parking generally in the Torbay area the car park was much appreciated. No noise heard at all at nigt even with windows open.

We were in paignton for a wedding, and liked the fact that we had a key to the front door and were able to come and go as we pleased, the staff where very helpful in offering more facilities ie curling tongs and hairspray etc breakfast was very pleasnt and lots of menu choice, we also liked the fact that we picked our breakfast before hand. the br

Beecroft Lodge is excellently situated if you want to explore Torbay. It is in a quiet street and is scrupulously clean and very comfortable. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with free range scrambled eggs, very good smoked salmon, fresh fruit and home-made marmalade. A real find.

My husband and I absolutely love the way Julie and John greet their guests. It's like visiting an old friend's house: going into the living room, have a cuppa and a lovely chat, rather than the usual "business like" check in. Heather and John were warm, very helpful, flexible and welcoming! The gardens and grounds are stunningly beautiful and the whole place was inbued with care and love :) An organic B+B - even had natural shampoos in the bathroom and very friendly cats... My son saw a deer in the garden at 6am! What lovely people and a lovely place :)
