  We had a lovely 4 night stay the staff were very friendly and accommodating , the room was very nice though not overly large, but the shower cubicle was large, we had ample tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries were included. From my personal point of view I was very impressed with the lovely crisp white cotton bed - If you are expecting the Ritz Hotel then the Invicta Hotel isn’t for you, but if you want a very friendly hotel, in a great location with excellent food then my wife and I would highly recommend this hotel. Roy and Betty Martin and their family can’t do enough to make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and have everything we required. This is the only hotel (and we have stayed in a great many) where when we asked to see the evenings dinner menu, Roy asked us what we would like to eat and if

This was even more surprising since we'd eaten there the night before and were unimpressed with both quality and service. The room was well prepared for the very hot weather we were experiencing. The beefeater next door was very convenient as was the garden. All staff were more than helpful.

  From the moment we walked into the large reception area we felt welcomed and were pleased with our selection. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was of a good size and had modern fittings including flat screen television. Good range of TV channels. Clean bathroom and good shower. Bed was comfy! Exercise room on the first floor, nearby retail park with McDonalds, KFC and MandS Food only 5 mins walk. Easy for Plymouth hospital. Nice restaurant, courteous and friendly staff. Oh and the car park is huge, had loads of space. I loved this hotel, would deffo stay again.

They let us use iron and ironing board to iron a creased shirt ready for our party they showed us a map of where we was and where we needed to be. Parked here and walked to Aquarium, Sutton Harbor, Barbican, Plymouth Hoe, etc. Price is good and rooms are typical Premier Inn quality (we slept 4 to a room and it didn't leave a lot of space, but our goal wasn't to spend time inside.) We had a room A/C in our room. We seemed to be the only room with one, and it made the temps ok.

  The St Rita hotel was very good value for money. The room was clean and spacious and everything was ad described on the internet site. The breakfast was lovely and served with a smile.   We had been staying in Padstow for a week and were meeting my boyfriends parents in Looe so needed to stay somewhere over night to bridge the holiday, so the hotel was ideal for this purpose. Good central location for the city, was just a short walk to the harbour and just a little bit further for the shops. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is 5 minute walk from the aquarium and barbican!
