On arrival we were greeted by the hotelier. She was friendly and welcoming and showed us around the guesthouse. We asked about breakfast as we had not booked it and to our surprise and delight, offered us breakfast on the house due to our room being considerably smaller than the others in the guesthouse. Staff were very friendly, always checking if we needed anything and very efficient on checkout. Will be very happy to stay there again.

Absolutely Everything! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff, the food, the rooms, absolutely perfect. you, but if you want a very friendly hotel, in a great location with

overall it was an excellent stay. nice and clean, good price and friendly staff.its just a pity about car park as plymouth is really bad for free parking.would use hotel again despite that. - the privacy the peace but the knowledge that we could pop to the bar or resteraunt if we wanted to mingle.

Exercise room on the first floor, nearby retail park with McDonalds, KFC and MandS Food only 5 mins walk. Easy for Plymouth hospital. Nice restaurant, courteous and friendly staff. Oh and the car park is huge, had loads of space. I loved this hotel, would deffo stay again.

Great location. Parked here and walked to Aquarium, Sutton Harbor, Barbican, Plymouth Hoe, etc.
Price is good and rooms are typical Premier Inn quality (we slept 4 to a room and it didn't leave a lot of space, but our goal wasn't to spend time inside.)
We had a room A/C in our room. We seemed to be the only room with one, and it made the temps ok.
