  Clean, central and friendly staff. Very understanding staff in the morning when I had to check out at short notice due to my mother being hospitailsed - Special request for adjacent rooms had been actioned. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. We will definately use again.

  Hi again everyone , im staying here @ ibis hotel in plymouth this week , this hotel is so relaxing very close to marsh mills shopping centre. Staffs are very nice and friendly, good value for money.   We had a lovely 4 night stay the staff were very friendly and accommodating , the room was very nice though not overly large, but the shower cubicle was large, we had ample tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries were included. The bathrooms were out of this world, with twin free standing tubs, a walk-in shower room and huge marble spaces. The food was beautifully prepared and presented and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We had a room A/C in our room. We seemed to be the only room with one, and it made the temps ok.

  We had been staying in Padstow for a week and were meeting my boyfriends parents in Looe so needed to stay somewhere over night to bridge the holiday, so the hotel was ideal for this purpose. Good central location for the city, was just a short walk to the harbour and just a little bit further for the shops.
