  I booked the Hotel for a Special family get-together therefore having the bars and in particular the restaurant all under one roof meant that we could have a pre-dinner drink, change go to the restaurant and then have the use of a residents only bar afterwards meant there was something for everyone.   Excellent service. Well looked after at Breakfast which was also excellent - The hotel is in a lovely area of Newcastle - the bed was very comfortable and we had a beautiful view from the bay window.

  We experienced a hotel that was value for money from the day we arrived, we were on a B and B tariff and had excellent value for money. We were in the area to visit friends and found the location of the hotel ideal. My partner and I usually visit Newcastle up to four times each year and believe we have found the perfect place to stay. It was clean but many areas were 'tired', I think that's the best way to describe them... Staff were friendly and helpful.
