Ideal location for Quayside. Millennium bridge, Sage, Baltic. Secure
parking and very relaxing apartment with super views over bridge. Needed
to stay longer to really enjoy stay as 2 nights were not enough. Owner
very helpful and felt sorry for her that some guests had, inexcusably,

Linda and brian very friendy and helpful with local information provided
taxi numbers and recommender were was good to go for a night out.
Checked in and out of the appartment which was clean and spacious with
everything you would need, iron hairdryer + cooking facilitys. Over all
very happy with our experiance and would stay again. Laura

The location of the hotel was convenient to where I had to be the next day for a conference. Every hotel has it's own personality but share a common set of standards and values... all very high. I like the wine list... Manchester had a special wine list which I would have liked to see in Newcastle. Young but not 'trendy'. The staff seem happy to be there!

We booked our room on 26 March for 2 nights 10 / 11 April through
letsbookhotel.com. Despite a misunderstanding between letsbookhotel.com and the
hotel which we only discovered on the morning of 10 April, our booking
was honored and confirmed prior to arrival. Our B&B package was
great value for money and we had a lovely view over the Tyne into the
bargain! We would gladly recommend this hotel & package to friends
& family. Great service, good food & immaculate accommodation.

After reading some other reviews we were a little worried about our
stay. We have to say that our stay was excellent, our room was spotless
and comfortable, the tv signal was the best I have ever had in a hotel
great for listening to the radio in the morning and relazing after a

I liked the fact that it was a new hotel and reasonably priced. As we
travelled as a family it was good that we were put on the top floor away
from noisier guests.
We did have to ask for bedding for my son to sleep on the sofabed as this wasn't supplied, but this was resolved very quickly - staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. When bedding was delivered the guy asked if he could help putting it on the bed, which was very kind (sorry don't know his name).

This is our second trip staying at the Staybridge suites.The staff and the service they provide is truly excellent. They just cannot do enough in making sure your stay is enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff member from receptionists to the cleaning staff to the staff providing breakfast. All are lovely people!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite comes fully equipped and was extremely up to date. I can't imagine wanting for anything. We were even able to do our laundry for free. We had a view of all the beautiful bridges from our sixth floor suite. Also, great location, the quay is just two blocks away and very romantic to walk and dine there.
