The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Chester. The room was modern and clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was lovely too with an excellent choice of menu, all cooked to order. If I venture back to Chester then I would definitely book this hotel again. - The hotel was nice and our room was clean and comfortable

The young male receptionist was the best receptionist I have ever met. ... что говорят » served by two people who were so good at their job - We booked a midweek spa break and it was excellent - the room was huge and well appointed, we were spoilt for choice both breakfast and dinner and the food was cooked to perfection, the service couldn't be faulted and the spa treatments much appreciated. We would definately consider a return visit, but for more than one night next time....

The staff were the most friendly hotel staff I have ever met. We got lost on the way there and the receptionist stayed on the phone for 20 minutes directing us. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and have never experienced customer service as good as this. The bed was also like sleeping on a cloud.

Lovely, clean B&B with friendly service and good value for money. Stayed one night in a twin room with my son as he had an exam early in the morning and the hostess couldn't have been more helpful while still being unobtrusive. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean! Facilities include Sky, free Wi-FI and parking. Tasty breakfast with plenty on offer. It is a 15 minute walk into the town centre.
