The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Chester. The room was modern and clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was lovely too with an excellent choice of menu, all cooked to order. If I venture back to Chester then I would definitely book this hotel again. - The hotel was nice and our room was clean and comfortable

Have just returned home after spendig one night in the Crowne Plaza, Chester. This hotel is in an excellent location quite near the main street with shops, bars etc. Also it is beside the bus station which allows you to easily get to Cheshire Oaks outlet park and Chester Zoo. The dinner was well presented and very enjoyable andwho can resist a cooked breakfast.We would certainly recommend CrownePlaza'S. All the staff were helpful, polite and friendly.

... ce que les gens disent » served by two people who were so good at their job - We booked a midweek spa break and it was excellent - the room was huge and well appointed, we were spoilt for choice both breakfast and dinner and the food was cooked to perfection, the service couldn't be faulted and the spa treatments much appreciated. We would definately consider a return visit, but for more than one night next time....

The whole experience at the Abode Chester was superb. I requested a balcony with our room overlooking Chester race course and this was provided. The staff were the most friendly hotel staff I have ever met. We got lost on the way there and the receptionist stayed on the phone for 20 minutes directing us. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and have never experienced customer service as good as this. The bed was also like sleeping on a cloud.

I called to say I might be late; the receptionist was very helpful and clearly told me what the options were; when I arrived she was friendly and checked me in quickly/efficiently. convenient to near wedding venue I was attending, clean efficient and friendly.
Left my wedding gift in foyer as left to go to wedding a lady called Sue noticed it and then was taken care of till arrived back at around midnight by night staff, was very grateful as money in present. -

Lovely, clean B&B with friendly service and good value for money. Stayed one night in a twin room with my son as he had an exam early in the morning and the hostess couldn't have been more helpful while still being unobtrusive. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean! Facilities include Sky, free Wi-FI and parking. Tasty breakfast with plenty on offer. It is a 15 minute walk into the town centre.
