La chambre était vraiment grande pour un lit doubleThe room was really big for a double bed which is rare in most hotels around this price. . Polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The most impotent thing - really good location! There's beautiful Hyde Park next to a hotel, you can easy walk to Oxford street, Paddington underground station's in 5-minutes walk. I like this hotel, I'm going to stay here again :)

Went as a group of two couples and one single person for an overnight stay prior to a day at Chelsea Flower Show.The staff were extremely helpful when I phoned with a few questions prior to booking. The rooms and shower facilities were clean, with clean bedding and large bath-towels! Bed was comfortable and shower-gel/soap available in bathroom.

room was nice. Comfy bed, tv in room, clean. Breakfast was ok - toast

fruit, coffee machine, staff were friendly when I was making a mess!
Free wifi in my room even in the attic, tea tray which was nice. They
had an iron which was good. Excellent hairdryer.

Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. - I like the staff. They did alot for us.

Particular thanks and complement to the young lady at the reception. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever -
The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.
