Polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The most impotent thing - really good location! There's beautiful Hyde Park next to a hotel, you can easy walk to Oxford street, Paddington underground station's in 5-minutes walk. I like this hotel, I'm going to stay here again :)

Perfect location for New Year, everything in walking distance, close to Trafalgar Square, easy access to Embankment for fireworks and New Year day parade passed front door...not to mention the hotel festivities, plenty going on in a stylish, refined way. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English
and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages.
Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute
theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early
check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.
