The staff are very welcoming and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all polite; not only did they look after us in the hotel they looked after all my guests in the party 200 of them. Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice and very clean. I was told that they even have a policy to buy 5 beds every month so they are all in good condition... I had a great nights sleep and the breakfast was cooked fresh to my order. - The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Would use again

of their restaurant meals was a bonus and the quality of breakfast and
evening meals was very acceptable. Room clean, good bathroom and bed -
not large but not overly small (room 104). For a city centre hotel, very
quiet on the Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Nice location. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. Of cause the price is very valuable which is quite suitable for student travelling alone. The room has single toilet, convenient.

As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.

We both really enjoyed our two night stay. The room was basic but had
everything you'd want, the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was
fantastic, we had to lye down after it ha ha. My wife is a coeliac and
the kitchen staff were great as they had ordered in gluten free bread
for her, she was delighted. The Day's Inn Liverpool is in a great
central location and we will definitely be staying again. The staff were
dead friendly too.
