On the scheduled dates of our stay the hotel suffered a leak. We were put into an apartment in another location the staff were most helpful and arranged the travel arrangements. We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely. The Cocoon @ International Inn was an excellent place to stay. Great location, amazing rooms, excellent staff, lovely little cafe with cheap breakfasts. I will definitely stay here again and suggest this hotel to friends. - Fantastic room

Found the staff very welcoming and genuine. The room was more than accommodating for my night's stay (as I ran the half-marathon) the next day. I found the shower simply amazing.
My overall experience was fantastic and found the place less of a 'hostel' but more of a luxurious/en-suite/student accom/hotel type. -

We liked the whirlpool which was so relaxing :) we had a great time and it was so romantic. The staff prepared the room with petal roses and candles. If we could afford more money we definetely stay more than one nights :) excellent location as it is 10 minutes walk from the lime street train station and 2 minutes walk (or less) from the shopping

We stayed at the themed hotel in Stanley Street, which bathes in an atmosphere of luxury, romance and festivity, also thanks to the themed floors/rooms and the friendly, bubbly staff. We had booked a room in Bold Street, but were upgraded to Stanley Street, so for £60, we had a very spacious room with 3 double beds and a Jacuzzi!

Everything was absolutely first rate from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked..not long after an epic breakfast which on the face of it is free and so no complaints. I booked a bed in a dorm but upgraded to a Double for my friend and I ( 2 single bed hotel room with amazing shower and free shampoos too!. Totally worth it, and I've been to lots of places in europe were you pay alot more for less!!Thanks
