The staff are very welcoming and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all polite; not only did they look after us in the hotel they looked after all my guests in the party 200 of them. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice and very clean. I was told that they even have a policy to buy 5 beds every month so they are all in good condition... Nice location. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. Of cause the price is very valuable which is quite suitable for student travelling alone. The room has single toilet, convenient.

As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.

Everything! The owners were wonderful, really friendly, fun and provided lots of useful info about Liverpool. Our room for 3 adults was lovely and spacious with 2 single beds and a double bed. The location was perfect as I left my car there when I arrived and did not get into it again until I left as it was less than £5 into the centre for a taxi which was cheaper than £6.30 bus fare of £2.10 each. On arrival you think it looks like a bad place to leave your car. On checking in the staff show how crime in the area is much lower than the town centre. We had a perfect view of the Mersey and watched the car ferry we were going to sail on arrive. Room was decorated lovely and bed really comfy. For the money we paid for a single night to save us

Room is big especially bathroom. The staff is friendly as well. Although the hotel are quite far from city center, the price of private taxi is so cheap, about 3 pounds to city center. That mean if you have 3 people, it will be 1 pound per person.
