What did I like? - everything. The location was perfect - conference centre, Albert Dock, city centre on your door step. The room was surprisingly spacious and breakfast was fantastic. I loved the informal set up. - Friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities, great location and good value for money

The staff are very welcoming and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all polite; not only did they look after us in the hotel they looked after all my guests in the party 200 of them. I thought the hotel was extremely good value. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom superb. Breakfast was buffet style, lots of choice and plentiful. Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice and very clean. I was told that they even have a policy to buy 5 beds every month so they are all in good condition... I had a great nights sleep and the breakfast was cooked fresh to my order. - The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Would use again
