The design of the hotel was out of this world. Stunning. Beautiful.

The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.

We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of London. Walking distance to Covent Garden, West End theatres, Trafalgar Square,Oxford & Carnaby Street shopping & more. Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.
