The design of the hotel was out of this world. Stunning. Beautiful.
Airy. So homely. The staff were so friendly, ever so efficient, above
and beyond. It was natural too, not false. They made me feel really
welcome, and that mattered an awful lot, being a solo traveller.

The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.

We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of London. Walking distance to Covent Garden, West End theatres, Trafalgar Square,Oxford & Carnaby Street shopping & more. Bus stops at the front of the hotel & 5 minute walk to Temple underground. Our room was spacious with a huge ensuite & the staff professional, polite, courteous & friendly & always willing to help. Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.

Le concierge (mohamed) était de très bon conseil pour découvrir des restaurants très biens et surtout avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix. - Il est très bien situé et très confortable. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon si on utilise les promotions.
