The staff at Artto were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is across the street from the central train station and not far from the Queens Street station. I would recommend it to others. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The rates were very fair for the area. -

The staff were definitely the best about the hotel, very friendly and extremely helpful. Reception staff were very welcoming, thrilled at Hotel having a minibus service to the concert we were attending, room was very comfortable and clean, slept very well and I don't usually on a first night. I booked 3 nights here as price was right. Room small and sparse but adequate for our simple needs.
The hotel is under a car park and besides a casino, bowling alley and cinema, like a mini mall enclave.
As this is budget stay - you pay for extras. Save 2 quids if you don't get room serviced during your extended stay.
Internet is 3 quids for 2 timed hours and signal available at the breakfast hall on 6th. It is fast though so that was fine.

The beds were super king size, this was fantastic. The whole hotel was spotless, and the location was fantastic as we had tickets for the SECC. Breakfast was lovely too. - Hotel was in excellent position for SECC. The breakfast was very filling with lots of choice and dining room was light bright and airy. Would definately return.
