The facilities are very good and in excellent condition. The staff was available when we arrived and was very helpful.

This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

The apartment was really lovely. The beds were really comfortable with Egyptian linen. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, with some breakfast provisions. It is in a great central location for the shops and exploring Glasgow.

Found hotel easy to find even though it was my first time in glasgow.

It was really very pleasant experience in the Euro Hostel. All Staff are very much co-operative. I attended the conference in the SECC,Glasgow.SECC is walking distance from the Euro Hostel. Friendliness of staff, ease of check-in. I stayed in the hotel previously and had suggested that they supply small bottles of shampoo, cream, etc .. These were provided this time around and very much appreciated because due to limitation of liquids allowed in hand luggage on air flights the alternative would be to go out and purchase larger bottles

When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11
