  For a budget hotel this was very good value the room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel. The staff were helpful. My husband ate in the dining room and said the food was good for the price. The hotel is in a great location just opposite the Albert Dock with bars, shops and resturants clo... что говорят » se by. Parking is on site and only £3 per day. They do not advertise free wifi but we were able to log on at no charge. - As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.

  Had a great stay, perfect location between the city and Anfield and excellent value for money. Kylie one of the staff there even dropped us to town on one of the nights!
