Excellent - All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Atmosphere very welcoming. Hot water available all the time, fresh towels daily and room cleaned thoroughly. Super breakfast. Internet access, couldn't have asked for more, really enjoyed our stay.

  Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. Lovely quirky building. The staff and the owner were extremely helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They accommodated us with a vegan breakfast and helped to organise the parking even after we checked out. The receptionist was also helpful to initiate to show us the directions to train station.

  After reading some reviews I was a little worried about staying here but please don't let the bad reviews put you off. My stay was wonderful. Easy to find, the receptionist who greeted us was polite, and helped us pay for our parking. The hotel was quiet and despite being close to Sauchiehall Street, was not bothered by any street noise. Breakfast was just right, not too much, not too small, and with quick and efficient service.
