  The owners really make you welcome, breakfast was brilliant, location was spot on, as we were a party of 8,didnt have to walk far for the Prom and bars. Had a good nights stay and would book this hotel again. - How friendly and helpful they were,Caren,the owner,took our luggage(four cases)up to our rooms before we realized! Full marks.

The bed was reasonably comfortable. This hotel does not provide breakfast, as advertised, no problem, there is an excellent Cafe on the opposite corner (Walkers Cafe in Stow St), that provides an excellent full English for ₤3.90. Hotel is close to the beach and attractions! We managed to get free parking outside. The cost for this hotel is very reasonable.

The B&B was very clean and felt safe. It was only a 5 minute walk into the city centre. I stayed in a small double room, which was cosy and warm. The bathroom was clean and had a heated towel rack - the shower had hot water whenever I needed it and decent water pressure. Breakfast was made to order, and delicious!   Arrived at Jay's Mayfair after an awful journey and in torrential rain, we were immediately met with a warm welcome from Jay and Laura. Jay helped us with a very lucky parking space. Then we were shown to our lovely family room, the kids loved their own space in their separate adjoining room and our son was straight on the playstation.
