  The owners really make you welcome, breakfast was brilliant, location was spot on, as we were a party of 8,didnt have to walk far for the Prom and bars. Had a good nights stay and would book this hotel again. - How friendly and helpful they were,Caren,the owner,took our luggage(four cases)up to our rooms before we realized! Full marks.

The bed was reasonably comfortable. This hotel does not provide breakfast, as advertised, no problem, there is an excellent Cafe on the opposite corner (Walkers Cafe in Stow St), that provides an excellent full English for ₤3.90. Hotel is close to the beach and attractions! We managed to get free parking outside. The cost for this hotel is very reasonable.

  I'm so glad that I saw the reviews of The Address on letsbookhotel.com and changed from my usual preference in Blackpool. The welcome I received, offered tea or coffee and the fact my room was available in the morning meant I didn't have to "just drop my bag off" but could leave it in my room. It was cold in Blackpool over Easter so porridge was very welcome, even more so when served with a tot of whisky (not forced to drink it) - Mr. and Mrs. Robinson were very gracious and hospitable hosts; very friendly, kind and sincere! The B&B was very clean and felt safe. It was only a 5 minute walk into the city centre. I stayed in a small double room, which was cosy and warm. The bathroom was clean and had a heated towel rack - the shower had hot water whenever I needed it and decent water pressure. Breakfast was made to order, and delicious!
