Wayne and Dawn were very helpful . We had taken our 14 month grandson to see the lights and nothing was too much trouble. Dawn even cooked his evening meal so that he did not have to eat junk. -
This must be the best value guest house in Blackpool. Personal, friendly attention that makes you feel like one of the family.

It was turkey and tinsel week (we were unaware when we booked). Comfort was excellent, food was brilliant, table served and a different menu every day with a choice of 5 starters, main courses and deserts. Me , my wife and my 1 year old child stayed in this hotel during this weekend and I must say after reading an above review - I was very reluctant in booking this hotel! But because of the amazing price which was literally a bargain during this festive month! I finally went ahead with a weekend booking! And I must tell you it was the best decision

Extremely satisfied with the location just 2 min walking distance from the pleasure beach, south shore and the train station. We recieved a very warm welcome from the owner . He helped us find parking on time and assisted us with our bags.the staff was friendly , efficient and helpful. We liked the location of the hotel. It was easily accessible from the tram and close to shops and other amenities. Even though they were in the middle of renovation, we were given a ground floor room, and not inconvenienced. -

Rooms were lovely, small but very cosy and when all your wanting is a bed for the night it's perfect!
Right in the middle of the promenade so perfect location with everything in short walking distance.
Would highly recommend the hotel!!
