The room was celubrious and the extras (golf putting and decent cafetiere coffee, walk in wardrobe) well worth it in terms of improving the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Also easy parking right outside hotel and although the hotel sits on a main road, it was extremely quiet. And possibly since it was my birthday, we received an upgrade on the room that I had booked.

The location is perfect, walking distance to Glasgow's main attractions including the Cathedral, George Square, Queen St Station, Buchanan Street, University of Strathclyde (very convenient for students) etc.
There are many restaurant and entertainment options just around the corner (in the Merchant City District).

From the first second to the last I felt the coziness of my own flat. Clean, warm, secure, comfy. Everything in the city was at walking distance. There was absolutely nothing to complain about my stay.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped. the location is excellent close to many attractions and city center.
The facilities are very good and in excellent condition. The staff was available when we arrived and was very helpful.

I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and would be very happy to stay there again in the future.

Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30. I've stayed here several times and love it! From classy sours, daisies and cocktails in the bar, to the whisky complemented porridge and divine haddock & poached eggs for breakfast, there's nothing to fault at Blythswood. Staff can't do enough for you and embody the friendliness and humor that make Glasgow Glasgow. The spa is amazing and free evenings and mornings for guests. Good decor, well maintained & equiped. The kitchen had washing machine, dishwasher, enough crockery, cutlery, utensils for 4 people (including choping board, cloths, cleaning products etc..). Very secure building/entry & free private parking. Free wi-fi.
Great views of the city/river all lit up at night. Very warm welcome, helpful and personal attention.
