Great apartment in good part of town. Parking in the underground garage was very convenient. Internet connectivity was good. Décor was excellent. The apartment was in great condition. Everything to the minor detail was provided to make comfortable stay (paper towels, laundry liquid, etc). We loved it!

The location is perfect, walking distance to Glasgow's main attractions including the Cathedral, George Square, Queen St Station, Buchanan Street, University of Strathclyde (very convenient for students) etc.
There are many restaurant and entertainment options just around the corner (in the Merchant City District).

From the first second to the last I felt the coziness of my own flat. Clean, warm, secure, comfy. Everything in the city was at walking distance. There was absolutely nothing to complain about my stay.

This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

The apartments were excellent, centrally located, nice big rooms with en-suite, central heating. Would be excelent for a weekend self-catering break as full kitchen facilities!! Friendliness of staff, ease of check-in. I stayed in the hotel previously and had suggested that they supply small bottles of shampoo, cream, etc .. These were provided this time around and very much appreciated because due to limitation of liquids allowed in hand luggage on air flights the alternative would be to go out and purchase larger bottles

When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11
