  the staff were exceptional, as one of our party of eight has coeliac disease, but not a problem to them, even down to breakfast on sun morning, she was well catered for, thoughtful and freindly personel - Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.   Hotel very clean and rooms were really nicely appointed. Electirc shower was a bonus and the sauna/steam room added to the experience. Staff were friendly and overall really enjoyed our stay. - Good value for money lovely staff, nice and clean, comfy beds, so handyfor bus to chester and excellent breakfast thanks v much
