On arrival we were warmly greeted & asked if we needed any information regarding our stay. We were soon given a map with directions to local restaurants etc. The accomodation was very comfortable, immaculate & the shower was perfect. Our cooked breakfast was absolutely lovely! Brilliant stay in every way, great location near the Cam river and colleges, free wifi and even on site parking. We stayed in the small double room which was quiet and pleasantly sunlit and breakfast was 4star. The host does everything with soft spoken class that is a rarity to find today. Highly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the room. The owner was very nice and the decor was lovely. It is easy access to a bus route which runs to either the tube or Heathrow Airport Terminals 1,2,3 and 4. Recommend that information for Terminal 5 be added to directions to and from Heathrow. The owner, Chris, was extremely nice, friendly and helpful with whatever I needed, e.g. fixing immediately a window a bit hard to close, doing whatever he could to prepare an espresso (he did not have any in the house that morning so he went to get some from his own house). Room very clean, fantastic power shower, lovely breakfast. -

We hope to exprience the other rooms next time. My six years old daughter likes the hotel best during the 12 days' travel in UK.

We found the BandB extremely clean (the bathrooms were really nice and spotless) and charming (the room was extremely hairy and big) , full of life and well managed. My continental breakfast was fresh and attractive and the location of BandB is very central. Definitely recomended expecially to young couples. Thanks!!! - the evening disco

I would describe it as "Boho Chic....The Building is wonderful and the decor fun and stylish. I stayed in room 6, wonderful comfortable bed, pillows and linen, beautiful wetroom.

We booked the hotel as a stopover for the duxford air display. We found the hotel to be in a stunning old mansion house which was lovingly restored and maintained by its present owner. The rooms were excellent with a really good size ensuite bathroom. The grounds were large and it was really great to be able to enjoy a glass of wine on the veranda. It was a great stay and I would happily recommend it to family, friends and complete strangers.

We were on a National Trust property tour and this was an ideal stop off point to visit three in that area. Very friendly helpful staff. Very pleasant chalet type rooms. Super food and beer! Also close to visit Cambridge.

The proprietor, Anna, is a most interesting and friendly person. She combines efficiency with charm and informality. The themed "African Room" was a delight, as was the generous and sumptuous breakfast. Location is excellent; quiet but not far from shops, pubs and so on. -
