Our room was always clean. The staff was very prompt and curtious with every request we made. We also had a view of the pool and a little bit of the sea....very beautiful

We liked the room set up and the customer service, which was excellent.We really appreciated the Kids Club, which offered our daughterfantastic interactive entertainment and games, while we used thewonderful Spa facility. Overall a great hotel. - I liked the peace and tranquility, the spa installations and treatment, and the comfortable bed.

This hotel is located in the centre of all that is happening in Gibraltar. The associated parking is a significant plus for this accommodation. The hotel has everything a short term visitor would require to make this stay easy. The roof top restaurant and pool/solarium terrace was fabulous and again made our stay more relaxing.

Everything - I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. It is set just 5 minsfrom marbella and 10mins from puerto banus by car. It is on top of thehills with amazing veiws of the sea. The Hotel itself is spotless,decorated in Asian style to perfection and so personal as there are only5 rooms. And the service is outstanding! Defo reccomeneded for apeacef

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the personal touch goes a long way. looking out from our room to the beach and sea.relaxed atmosphere and we loved using the spa facilities.excellent buffet breakfast and evening buffet plenty of choice for everyone. - Champagne breakfast! Amazing selection for breakfast.The atmosphere wasrelaxing. The pool was spotless, setting was spacious and clean.

The rooms were very well appointed there were a lot of extra touches. The 3 separate pool areas plus child pool really spread out the guests so not too crowded. We were there in October so I cant comment to what it would be like in peak season. We didn't visit the spa but the location on the beach is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
