  We loved our room!!!! It was very spacious and the outdoor porch was fantastic and very peaceful. Our room was always clean. The staff was very prompt and curtious with every request we made.   We liked the room set up and the customer service, which was excellent.We really appreciated the Kids Club, which offered our daughterfantastic interactive entertainment and games, while we used thewonderful Spa facility.   Everything - I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. It is set just 5 minsfrom marbella and 10mins from puerto banus by car. It is on top of thehills with amazing veiws of the sea.   We wanted a relaxing end to our Spain holiday and this was perfect. The staff were what made the hotel exceptional, Ronnie and Lorena were very kind, knowledgable, excellent with our children, friendly and always had a smile for us. There were activities for the kids every day and there was a beach 5 minutes away. There were lots of restaurants nearby, a favorite was S - The rooms were very well appointed there were a lot of extra touches. The 3 separate pool areas plus child pool really spread out the guests so not too crowded. We were there in October so I cant comment to what it would be like in peak season. We didn't visit the spa but the location on the beach is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
