Many people here don't like the location of "Five Roses", but for me it is quite the contrary. The B&B is very easy to reach, if u decide to simply walk from the airport - literally 15 mins - walk along via dell'Aeroporto, cross the railway tracks, go down the stairs and you will face via Antonio Fratti, walk along it and the gate will be on ur left - impossible to miss! all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my
complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me
with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning

Pretty much everything was great. The staff were very helpful and
kind. I was a single adult with 5 children ages 2 - 14. The proximity
to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year
old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than
adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and
then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room.

Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.
