  the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were clean and cool in the heat. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food. The hotel was a very short walk to the leaning tower. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was also very good. It was excellent value for money. - Everything!   Everything. This hotel cannot be faulted. The 'bad reviews' that this hotel has recieved have been written by what my girlfriend I have considered to be 'snobs'. In terms of value for money this hotel is perfect. The rooms are comfortable, they have sky tv and a mini bar and are cleaned daily.   My husband was born in San rassore a left turn out of the hotel. We stayed in two other hotels when we first returned to Italy and they were terrible for American accustomed to a level of luxury comfort and sevice. We watched the Abitalia hotel being built and have been very pleased with out stays over the last two years. We will always stay here when we return to see our family - About 10 mins in a cab from the airport, and another 10 mins in a cab to Leaning Tower, so ideal location. Reception, bar and other shared areas very luxurious. Deluxe room was more simple, but clean and spacious and fantastic bed. Worth money for view of Leaning Tower from balcony! Jack and Jill showers a nice feature. Very good value for €100.

Also, the staff was extremely courteous, and quite willing to help. They've shuttle car from the airport and railway station. You could also reach the leaning tower on taxi by paying less than 10 EURO. - Our hotel stay was better than expected because it was close to the airport and the breakfast in the morning had a wide selection of different types of food. We felt it was better than the reviews on the website because the room was at a high standard so we slept well at night and had plenty to eat in the morning.

  The accommodation was very clean and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location was superb and the cafe area outside for breakfast was delightful to sit and have something to eat. I would definitely recommend Griffi to other travellers. - Location next to Piazza Miracoli and main Pisa attractions.
