town, however, that would sum up all of Cinque Terre so if steps are not

Cesare and his mother Rosa are wonderful hosts. Cesare returned late in
the evening to check us in after hours. Rosa makes a fantastic homemade
full Italian breakfast. It gets you through until the late afternoon.

Only B&B in our trip of 5 of them who gave the personal attention of giving you a drink upon arrival, had a bowl of fruit to grab as you needed. in the center of Monterosso (which turned out to be the best of the
Cinque Terra towns, except for Vernazza, which we did not visit) was
perfect. Breakfasts were large and wonderful--eggs cooked to order,
fruit, yogurt, the works, including a second cappuccino upon request.
Great view of town and ocean from terrace top of hotel. Our room had

We reserved our room in Cinque Terre to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. Our host recommended a restaurant and made a reservation for us. We loved Bellambra. The room was clean and comfortable, with windows
that opened up onto a main walkway. Absolutely gorgeous! And once we
closed the windows, the room was soundproof. Also, Lydia, the manager,
was extremely accomodating and helpful. She had wonderful suggestions
for dinner, hiking, and beaches. She also helped us with our luggage on
the last day of our stay (she stored it for us while we spent the day at
the beach). We couldn't be happier with our accomodations and would
