Excellent staff - welcoming and super-helpful. Staff was really helpful and friendly and there is an excellent roof terrace for breakfast or tea There is no restaurant, but there are PLENTY of options for eating on a rooftop just outside - and everywhere else!   We enjoyed our stay at Shivam. It is in a perfect location, the staff is welcoming and nice, and room was large and clean. We arrived and departed late (our train in and out was at 2am!) and Montu was accommodating and helped us arrange late transportation. The food is DELICIOUS!
