  We really never give reviews or comments about Hotels but our stay was so special we would like to give a special rating to the Distillerie de Pezenas amazing Staff and Hotel. Everything is done to help you feel comfortable and welcomed like if you were the only and most valuable guest. We arrived with 2 hours late because of a problem on the road... что говорят » . The Manager waited for us, offered Champagne at our arrival and helped us get installed in our Suite. Amazing service and staff, great breakfast by - We liked the position of the hotel. It was just a few minutes walk from the centre of Pezenas The room was big and very comfortable and included a fridge,crockery cutlery and a jug for making tea or coffee.There was a problem with the water pressure when we arrived due to work in the street. The staff offered us a free drink to compensate.Everyone was very helpful. We would not hesitate staying here again

  Everything about this place is deluxe. As soon as we got there, they took care of everything, including a room upgrade. Even having to change the reservation just 10 days before was not a problem. - Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with IT systems. We were welcomed by Benedicte, who was warm hearted, charming and very helpful during our visit.   Being an apparthotel we had complete flexibility to "eat in" rather than find a restaurant every night as there was a small and surprisingly well-equiped kitchenette with all that we needed in the way of utensils for light meal preparation; this also made our stay in Cacassonne very economical.
