  Our stay was great ! One of the very best Hotel we have been to in France. It is called a B&B, but in reality this is rather a "Luxury Guesthouse" or a "Boutique Hotel". We were welcomed by a tour of the house : 5 rooms, huge living room, spa, swimming pool, relax area, billiard.. Well everything was WOW !   Enjoyed 3 nights of luxury during 5 weeks in France. Loved the quiet location (car GPS needed to find it the first time), but only a short drive into Carcassonne. Our junior suite was huge with contemporary but classic décor; separate shower & big bath, and toilet; king-size bed; block out shutters & thick walls so we slept well. Restaurant on-site run separately with good food & goo - We received an excellent welcome from the owner who supplied us with full information about the area which we wouldn't have got from a travel book. The chateau has been restored into a contemporary hotel with excellent fittings and wi fi. Our suite was very large, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is about an 8 minute drive from Carcassonne. It is worth visiting the Canal du Midi at Trebes and the picturesque Legrasse.

  A wonderful hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean,the rooms were simple but very appealing. The owner was kind and helpful and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice. The view over the lake/ sea was very special and interesting. A fantastic place. The guest comments book was full of praise for the place. Arrived earlyevening and had tea brought to our room by Christina who told us she wasavailable day or night if we had any problems. The breakfast was verygood the room spotlessly clean and all decor and fitments were topclass. We will definitely be going back next year.

Host Patrice and his wife make their guests very welcome and share the comforts that house provides with great ease. We enjoyed breakfast served in the garden and cooked ably by Patrice. The grounds are beautiful with great pool, gardens, spa and many other amenities both for adults and children. We had a room that opened on to the pool. The breakfast was superb. I would definitely return and plan to do so. There is even a friendly parrot.

  Everything about this place is deluxe. As soon as we got there, they took care of everything, including a room upgrade.
