  L'Oustal is a great place to stay and within a short walk to Bourges centre. We arrived on a very wet evening and was warmly greeted by Sophie, who gave us great information on Bourges and a map, which was great as we were only there for one night. We stayed in the Coco Chanel room which was beautiful,very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfa... что говорят » st was good and plentiful and we hope to return to spend a few days so we can see Bourges hopefully without the rain. - Owner Sophie was a charming hostess who made us feel instantly at home. The whole house is beautifully decorated yet comfortable. Breakfast with all the guests around the same table also added to the relaxed, friendly feeling of staying in a French country home. We were offered the use of a couple of bicycles too which enabled us to enjoy the city and surrounds even more. A wonderful stay.

In the old center of town, just two blocks from the cathedral. The 17th century building has lots of character and been restored by a charming family who are also the hosts. Our two rooms were gorgeous and spacious with extremely high ceilings, original wood floors, tall shuttered windows, chandeliers and antiques. It felt like we were staying in an old palace.The breakfast was spectacular. We felt completely pampered.

  Jean-Pierre was so welcoming and friendly. He could not have been more helpful and we really enjoyed the organic breakfast which is included in the price. He also recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Great location for exploring the old town and also the 'marais' which we hadn't known existed.   We travelled in France for two weeks, this was the most memorable and special place to stay!! Maison du Théâtre Saint Bonnet is a charming family house with a lot of character. It is perfectly positioned a 5 minute walk from the cathedral. The Bourges Marais, the famous marshlands park is also just a couple of streets away. Staying in Maison du Th... что говорят » éâtre Saint Bonnet is like being a family guest in a well appointed old house, with spacious rooms, large bathrooms, very comfortable bed, and archite - We had a great welcome by the very friendly and hospitable owners. Our room and bathroom was very large and comfortable. We were given a private piano recital in the beautiful theatre. The pool and breakfast were superb. We were escorted to a fantastic restaurant by the owner and introduced, where we had a the best meal of our two week holiday at a very reasonable cost. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners at the hotel and we loved the opulent décor and designer clutter! Bourges old city
