The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice.

After tired of eating hamburgers we found ourselves in the hotel within
very short walking distance to restaurants in China Town. This is the
big advantage if you have a Chinese stomach. The location is excellent,
within walking distance to Via station, airport shuttle buses, old town,
cruise terminal and lots of churches. Two queen beds room is very large.

The hotel is new and very nice. It was a little hard to find. The museum is wonderful. They do have a restaurant with a very unique menu! This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out. Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch. The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc.
What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!
