The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice.

After tired of eating hamburgers we found ourselves in the hotel within
very short walking distance to restaurants in China Town. This is the
big advantage if you have a Chinese stomach. The location is excellent,
within walking distance to Via station, airport shuttle buses, old town,
cruise terminal and lots of churches. Two queen beds room is very large.

Matane is simply awful, but the Riotel is an oasis in a desert of ugliness. You can have dinner and breakfast at the hotel and never have to go out

Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch. We (a group of families) have been staying at this hotel for a number of
years now during an annual trip to St-Sauveur...the accommodations as
well as the pool are very appealing to the children! Hotel Super 8 is
the place to stay! -

The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that
before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until
4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher
room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating
in the Ironman Mont-Tremblant 70.3 and they gave all the athletes

The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc.
What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!
