My stay was neither business nor lesisure. My daughter was in the hospital. The hotel was close enough to walk there. -

Everything was pretty basic but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was fine, room was comfortable and there were no issues with the shared bathroom. The location was really handy for all the main areas of Quebec and for the train station, which was good for us. There were a lot of restuarants and shops very close to the hotel.

It is located just off of highway 20. This highway is connected to 401 and also leads to downtown Montreal and McGill University.
They serve free breakfast. Very nice tea and coffee is delivered to your room when needed.

Everything is good rooms are clean and in order. Beds are comfy.
Location is nice near restaurants and tourist spots. Good thing is they
speak english in a french speaking city. -
The room had a kitchenette, fridge, crockery, cutlery, stove, coffee maker. It was located conveniently to the main road and not far from Quebec.
Owners were helpful.

It is a very good over night stay. We moved from Montreal to Gaspe and then down to Halifax. So this was the cheapest and best option for its value. Nicole was extremely friendly. -
