Food fantastic value for money, bar prices you would be lucky to find in your local pub - not hyped up to usual hotel prices, staff who let us into our rooms early, superbly fitted out rooms with proper satellite TV (not just two token channels), brilliant, well equipped health suite and to top it all off a very n... o que as pessoas dizem » ice buffet breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. - Staff was extremely accomodating. We travelled with friends and oursmall dog. The staff was very accomodating of our needs, allowed us alate check out time, and even stored several bikes for us. The hotel wasnew, clean and the leisure facilities were quite good.

  This is the second time my partner and I have stayed at Marriott Swansea. We visit Swansea annually for the Dylan Thomas Festival. The Swansea Marriott is not a pretentious hotel like some. The atmosphere is very relaxed. I booked on-line but did not have to pay until we arrived. I had requested a sea view. My request was granted. There i - Customer service was amazing. Every member of staff was friendly, happy and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. In particular the man on reception who booked us in, checked we had a roll out bed and booked us a taxi all in one go and the very cheerful chef! Everyone said hello and smiled. Husband witnessed the hotel manager talking to another resident about an issue and she dealt with it very confidently and professionally. Well done

  The room was very nice even though we didnt stay there for long as we were out all day, I would like to use it again but stay a little longer next time to enjoy the vacilities. - The staff are very helpfull and the hotel is one of the best i have stayed in. Its close to the city center a 2min walk away witch is good for disabeled people of familys.

  I have just got back from a nights stay at the Towers Hotel and Spa, Swansea Bay and have to comment on how fantastic the leisure facilities are. I found the infinity pool so relaxing, and made full use of the sauna and Jacuzzi! The hotel itself was also excellent, I stayed in a superior suite which was a night of luxury- well worth the money and a... o que as pessoas dizem » ll the staff at the hotel made my stay wonderful. - I recently stayed at the Towers Hotel and what a wonderful time myself and my partner had. The staff were excellent and were always willing to go that extra mile-very helpful! It was great to have sky TV in the room +all the sports channels available. Leisure faciltiies were fab- really clean and open till 10pm which was good for a late night swim.Restaurant excellent-great menuand service.
