I was attracted by the reasonableprice of the stay and the situation of the hotel was an added bonus - afive minute walk from the beach and well situated for local amenities,pubs and restaurants. The reception I received at the hotel was firstrate - Philip and Jeanette are experts at making guests welcome!

Have stayed here several times as in our opinion it's the best guest house in Swansea. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable rooms with extra thoughtful touches. The owners are friendly and helpful but unobtrusive - it's like visiting friends! Good location for exploring the area, within walking distance of the marina and town. -

The Alexander is conveniently located for a nights stay as I was bringing my daughters belongings back from her university lodgings. The facilities are very good & I would highly recommend the Alexander. The breakfast is excellent & caters for every taste. The Alexander is the best place I have stayed in Swansea.

The staff were super accommodating and allowed us to check in at 1130am. They wished me a very happy hen do and were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious and give off a luxuarious feel. The door staff in the evening ensures that no drunken randoms come into the hotel and disturb anyone. perfect location for anyone visiting Swansea, easy to park in the mulitistorey that the hotel kindly validate your ticket so its only £5.

Everything was great. Right from the start there was the friendly welcome at the check-in. The room was very spacious with a large sofa. Breakfast was very good and plenty in spite of the room being very full at Father's Day. It was easy to get to town on foot and in a good location for a visit to The Mumbles. The supermarket next door is also very convenient.

The staff were excellent and were always willing to go that extra mile-very helpful! It was great to have sky TV in the room +all the sports channels available. Leisure faciltiies were fab- really clean and open till 10pm which was good for a late night swim.Restaurant excellent-great menuand service.
