  This was the second time staying at this hotel. The owners are friendly and courteous and the facilities are what you would expect of a hotel with a much higher star rating. We stayed in a self catering room on this occasion and found it to have everything we needed for a wonderful stay.   Idyllic location. Friendly & helpful staff. We last used this site 9 years ago but stopped coming due to site needing improvements. The current owners have spent a lot of time & money improving the site and are doing a great job. We stayed in Daisy which is perfect for couples, it was very clean and has everything you need, the only small ... o que as pessoas dizem » negative is the shower water pressure although hot it was a bit feebly. Nice to see the site is now very dog friendly too. Did not get time to sample - The harbour. It was amazing how in the morning one can actually swim in the clean sea, where the spring meets the ocean, and in the evening one can actually walk along the seabed!! The chalet is clean and quite comfortable with a back garden where the children can play. The on site playing ground for the children was an added bonus as was the close walk to the harbour. The location between Ilfracombe and Combe Martin is also convenient, as is the nearby Watermouth Castle, right opposite the str

  The area was quiet, facilities were very good, shops near by & a great shower. The staff were on hand by telephone and email plus the customer care they gave was excellent and dealt with problems quickly & efficiently. They accommodated all our needs. Great for a - The apartment was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. A well equipped kitchen, sky television, music, DVD, with a selection of DVDs and books. The bathroom also was equipped with all shower amenities, hand soap and other goodies. A lovely big walkin shower with two shower heads. The sleigh bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again it was very comfortable and the town just ten minute walk away.

  The whole experience was fantastic from check in to leaving. We were greeted with a lovely smile . We stayed in Tren apartment. Which had everything you could possibly need. The pub served a fabulous carvery. The pool facility's were great and we started each day with a swim.   Our favourite hotel on our trip.We booked a small room with en suite and it was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was brilliant, right on the harbour. Food was great, people were friendly and a very relaxed attitude. We loved Ilfracombe itself, so much to do and see. Plenty on offer for all types of people. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and huge portions. Nothing was too much trouble and even carried our bags up to our room when we said we could manage. Highly recommend paying the extra for a luxury room, the spa bath was fantastic size with plenty of hot water and room for two! Also the huge bed was straight out of fifty shades and really comfy.

  Wad like walking into an Aladdins cave with a nice surprise in each room. The kids loved it with games and books to keep them occupied. Would definitely book again. - The apartment was large and convenient with a very well equipped kitchen. It was close to both shops and beach.
