  We paid £85 for a double room and breakfast which seemed very reasonable and for this price we were more than happy to be offered an inland facing room. We were very pleased to be given a beautiful room with fabulous estuary views.   The staff were all very amenable. The seting was fantastic - I had been up-graded to a sea view room which was perfect. The service in the bar was good and the meal that we had was very good. Our package included breakfast - my only criticism was the value for money of the breakfast - if I were to have paid the asking prices I would have been very ... o que as pessoas dizem » disappointed - The Receptionist was welcoming on arrival and all staff very curteous and helpful over the one night we stayed. The Hotel was well located with fantastic sea views from the room allocated, considering the discounted rate we paid via the website deal.

  Location was just excellant, we loved the old feel and all the querkiness of the old building. The facilities were good including the breakfast which was both buffet and cooked! - Great food and customer service. Excellent locale.

  The hotel was fabulous. The room was to the highest standard. The dining area was tranquil, the food was served quickly and piping hot. Although I did not use the spa I asked to be shown round it, it to looked amazing. The staff were very helpful and ready with information re the hotel/spa and the surrounding area of St Austell.
