the staff were exceptional, as one of our party of eight has coeliac disease, but not a problem to them, even down to breakfast on sun morning, she was well catered for, thoughtful and freindly personel - Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean tidy and comfortable. Facilites were great

The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. This was 5-star luxury at a very reasonable rate. -

Fridge in room for own use and provision of fresh milk for hot drinks. Staff very friendly and down to earth while being professional at all times. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing facilities and the restaurant food is fantastic, the best Yorkshire steak i had in my life so far! The rooms are really nice. It has gone through an recent uplift and you can see it was a quick job in the finishing but you get over it as at the end of the day, it light years from any bandb. The young male receptionist was the best receptionist I have ever met. He was friendly, helpful delightful to talk too.We arrived exhausted after an eventful day he was the most calming accommodating chap, nothing was too much effort for him.The room was excellent the bottled water and shortcake biscuits went down a treat. ... o que as pessoas dizem » served by two people who were so good at their job - We booked a midweek spa break and it was excellent - the room was huge and well appointed, we were spoilt for choice both breakfast and dinner and the food was cooked to perfection, the service couldn't be faulted and the spa treatments much appreciated. We would definately consider a return visit, but for more than one night next time....

We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful. There was also an enthusiasm for the place that was refreshing.

Certainly a hotel to romance your partner for that special occasion. The Ciro restaurant was superb!! I liked the thought that had gone into the decor creating the right atmosphere and ambience.
