  The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find.   I am not usually a fan of Holiday Inn's, but this one is exceptional. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean and modern, the WiFi isnt expensive, the food is good, and the breakfast is very tasty,.The location is first class. The only fault i can find is that bed is a bit to firm for me, but thats because i have a very soft bed at home. This hote... o que as pessoas dizem » l is a pleasure to stay at and probably the best Holiday Inn in the UK.. - The location is very good, near the boat museum which is well worth a visit and also the boat trip excursion. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had a nice relaxing feeling about it. The three course evening meal deal was good value for money. There is also the use of a gym and sauna.

  Have just returned home after spendig one night in the Crowne Plaza, Chester. This hotel is in an excellent location quite near the main street with shops, bars etc. Also it is beside the bus station which allows you to easily get to Cheshire Oaks outlet park and Chester Zoo. The deal for hb 1st night is anexcellent idea and one I would use again. The room was well furnishedand a decent size.   The whole experience at the Abode Chester was superb. I requested a balcony with our room overlooking Chester race course and this was provided. The maids replaced all towels daily, made the bed and topped up the toiletries and coffee tea etc. They also did this at your convenience. The location of the hotel is perfect, about a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Chester and parki - The staff were the most friendly hotel staff I have ever met. We got lost on the way there and the receptionist stayed on the phone for 20 minutes directing us. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and have never experienced customer service as good as this. The bed was also like sleeping on a cloud.
