The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable, with fantastic views, and the location close to the town centre was excellent. We ate one night in the restaurant and found the wait staff to be excellent. I thought the hotel was good value for money. -

We booked this hotel on the basis of the letsbookhotel.com reviews and weren't disappointed. All of the staff we encountered were just brilliant. Even the housekeeping staff we cornered to ask for more plunger coffee, nothing was too much trouble. Our room (the king loft) was perfect. Breakfast was a steal at $18 each and very yummy. Two stand-out features: (1) Without exception all staff encountered seemed eager to do everything they could to make our stay rewarding. (2) the room layout was the best we encountered in over 2 weeks travel in NZ. It had all of the things we needed, especially space, and none of the things (kitchen etc) we didn't need.

Very quiet (although we did have a unit away from the road). Very clean
and tidy, good facilities, welcoming host. All good. Its near the treaty
grounds in one direction and the shops/cafes in the other. But
mostly I just love that they found my tablet charger before I even knew
I had lost it, and posted it on really quickly.

Good Location if you have a car, a bit far to walk to the town centre but was fantastic having a pool and trampoline for our son to play on and the spa was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we would love to stay again but we would stay on the bottom floor as you have easy access to the pool and the car park. The countdown is right next

The staff was really friendly, and the room was amazing. My partner and I were really keen to find somewhere with kitchen facilities so we didn't have to eat out too much and Sea Spray had a really good kitchenette and all the basic equipment you'd need.
It was an easy walk to a supermarket as well as the town. Bar fridge was decent price compared to other accommodation I've stayed at.
The room was really clean and very comfortable, If in Paihia again we will definitely book here again.

Great Location. All ameneties at hand, restaurants, shopping,
supermarkets etc. Lovely apartment and spacious balcony, ours
overlooking the sea. Miles of lovely clean beaches. Apartment was well
appointed and equipped including plenty supply of coffee, tea etc. bbq
was a good size. Jacuzzi was a nice treat. Ferries nearby to the local
attractions. Staff very helpful, welcoming and friendly.

Mike gave us a warm welcome on arrival, and he volunteered to drive us into town one morning.
The view from the room is spectacular, facing east into the rising morning sun over the bay.
The breakfasts were more than we could eat.
