overlooks the valley. This is an excellent location to visit Umbria - we

So close to the city that it is easy to go back and forth for naps for the kids or lunch. Very friendly owners! Fabulous price! -
The owners and personell are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are very spacious and clean. And the view on Assisi is one to remember. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely return.

This country house is my favorite place that I've stayed at during 26day-winter trip. I'd definate -
Second stay @ Il Roseto. Came back because it was so good the first
time. Massimo and family again great hosts. Il Roseto has great charm
and character, with a view of Assisi from the dining room that cannot be
matched. La Signora is sensational (93 yrs of age) and still in
everthing. Thoroughly recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Assisi and
is just 12 minutes walking distance away.

We were looking for a last minute hotel in this area to stay close to some friends and found Il Capricci. Great comfortable, spacious room with lots of character throughout the facility. We have already passed on the recommendation to our local friends as they often have over flow guests and need a good value nearby. -

The receptionist is very nice and polite to us. The hotel enjoys a very good geographical location since it is in the city centre, which is around 5 minutes walk from the fabulous Duomo. Meanwhile, the room is quite cleam. We also cooked pasta in the booked room, the host gave us oil and you can have all the tableware that you need. I will also recommend this hotel to my friend who will come later to orvieto.
