Alessia, the host, was amazingly friendly and helpful. Perugia is a
beautiful hilltop town and Alessia made our stay even better. The
apartment is located on the north edge of centro about a 5min walk to
the main piazza. The room we got was large, homely and comfortable. It
was also air conditioned and had a little balcony we could sit outside.

Everything described on the site is correct - it's a great location - a little more than 5 minutes from Todi by car, near a famous church/sanctuary where a lot of pilgrims go. The staff was amazing! The picked us up from the train station as soon
as we arrived. Gave us a warm greeting, good information, and showed us
to our spotless and new room. The bathroom was nice and modern. Ac
worked well. Good views and a great breakfast. Daniel, part of the
staff, gave us rides up to the town center twice since he thought we
would be tired from traveling all day which was so nice and unexpected.

A great place to stay while touring Umbria. The owner is extremely friendly, provided useful advises about the area. The place itself is cozy and great looking, spacious room and bath - it is all you expect when you think of a place in the Umbria countryside. I would highly recommend it. -
