  Great location to start a day of sightseeing. Close to Zoo station and shopping area, but thanks to soundproof windows quiet at night.   This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Afer the four nights stay I feel that hotels near Zoological Garten station is best used as a base if comparing other areas like Alexanderplatz and ... o que as pessoas dizem » Hauptbahnhof. Counter staff are very courteous , room is modern, spacious and clean, bed and pillow are very comfortable, breakfast captain is very he - Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated, only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though. The hotel itself was more than I expected. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. The room was well-airconditioned, bathroom had an excellent shower (you know how often a lousy shower spoils it all), windows offered perfect sound protection from the street traffic... and the location was more than decent. Would definatly reccomend this hotel, it's beautifully presented and the decor is amazing.
