Excellent modern and clean facilities, v comfortable room and great staff, location was great too - located in West Berlin and about 10 mins walk to Zoo, 2 mins walk to closer u-bahn stop. Room was serviced daily - no matter what time we left the room which was great. Staff at reception were extremely helpful - bringing us an ice bucket and glass

The room was spotlessly clean, and well decorated. The staff were really helpful, and it was in a good location. I felt super comfortable there and I'd say it was the best hotel I've stayed in the entire trip. If I return to Berlin I would definitely stay there again.

Great location to start a day of sightseeing. Close to Zoo station and shopping area, but thanks to soundproof windows quiet at night. Beautiful decorated room and an amazing "rain-shower". -

This must be the friendliest & best value for money pension in Berlin. Ideally situated for a city break, close to Tegel airport & just 20 mins on the underground to the city centre. The host is very friendly & attentive & spent a great deal of time helping me plan my visit & sightseeing. Breakfast was superb. If I ever visit Berlin again, this would be the place I would stay!

I really loved the location. Next to the U-bahn with multiple connections. Zoo Garden is steps away. World famous Theater literally next door. Shopping boulevard steps away. Food, banks anything you need literally at your finger tips. I didn't expect it to be this good. Rooms were fantastic. Very clean and modern. Safe provided. Sun blinds are electric. (You will see what I mean by that) Very quiet nights. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Staff were always on top of things.
